FLOORING (PLAN OF SPECIAL PARTS OF THE BUILDING)

We make a plan of special parts of the building, ie a presentation of independent usable units and their accessories with defined useful areas and their values, and the share in the ideal part of the property. The plan of special parts of the building is sent as an attachment to the request to the competent public body, which issues a certificate that the special parts are independent use units.

The inter-ownership agreement or contract is notarized and then the final entry of the floor parts, ie independent use units and their affiliations in the land register is made by a request to the land registrar. We draw up contracts, agreements and requirements for this purpose.
