The main project for a house usually contains five to six technical maps of different engineering professions, depending on the complexity of the equipment and installations, heating and cooling systems.
MAP 1 - ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT
Based on the conceptual design, an architectural project is made with precise floor plan and height dimensions, defined roof, openings, room layout, interior design (floor plans, sections, facades). The situational presentation defines the position of the basic and auxiliary buildings on the plot, parking lot, green area, fence walls, landscaping. Part of the architectural project are the geodetic situation with delineated buildings, coordinates of breakpoints, list of neighbors (parties in the proceedings), statement of areas and volume, fire protection measures, description of connection to traffic area and communal infrastructure, data for calculation of communal and water contribution.
MAP 2 - CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
According to the harmonized architectural project, the materials of walls, floor, mezzanine and roof constructions are adequately determined. A calculation of mechanical resistance and stability with a position plan is made. The dimensions of foundations, walls, floor, mezzanine and roof structures are calculated, the stability of the building in case of maximum loads is proven, and a certain brand of concrete and the required reinforcement are shown in the position plan.
MAP 3 - WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE PROJECT
In accordance with the possibility of connection determined by public law bodies through special conditions for the development of the project, the project of water supply and drainage is being prepared. The position of sanitary elements is determined, and the network and supply water supply pipeline are dimensioned, as well as the network and drains according to the determined connection conditions.
MAP 4 - ELECTRICAL PROJECT
Based on the preliminary electrical design, the distributor (HEP) issues a preliminary electricity approval for the connection. According to the wishes and needs of investors, future consumers are harmonized, and the layout of switches, sockets and lighting fixtures is elaborated.
MAP 5 - PROJECT OF RATIONAL USE OF ENERGY AND THERMAL PROTECTION
This project defines the building parts of the building with all layers, and calculates and evaluates the physical properties of the building in relation to the rational use of energy and thermal protection. The annual required energy for heating, cooling, domestic hot water, operation of thermo-technical systems, lighting systems, and delivered and primary energy is determined.
MAP 6 - MECHANICAL PROJECT
Mechanical design is made in buildings with a more complex thermotechnical system than local heating or cooling with one outdoor and one indoor unit, in the design of swimming pools and engine rooms.
