OBTAINING A BUILDING PERMIT

Preliminary projects are sent digitally by the e-permit system to the Ministry, which by e-conference requests from public law bodies special conditions for the preparation of the main project. Public bodies have a period of 30 days to comment, after which the Ministry writes a conclusion on special conditions for the preparation of the main project.

It is necessary to have a formed building plot or a submitted request for the formation of a building plot, and proof of legal interest (ownership, contract). We prepare contracts, agreements and requirements for this purpose for the investor, mostly free of charge. After concluding on the special conditions, one can start making maps of the main project. An integral part of the architectural map of the main project are the geodetic situation, the request for the formation of a building plot, proof of legal interest, special conditions for the preparation of the main project with the conclusion of the Ministry.

We send the complete main project with all attachments to the Ministry by digital e-permit system, the investor gives a power of attorney to the designers to represent in the process of obtaining a building permit. The Ministry should send a conclusion on the possible supplement to the main project within the e-permit system within 30 days, ie start an e-conference where the competent public bodies give confirmation of the main project. After collecting all the certificates of public bodies, the Ministry issues a building permit, which becomes valid in 15 days, after which the construction site can be registered and construction can begin. Preparatory work in the field can be started even earlier if an application for a building permit has been submitted.
